1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to g777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and g777 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering, or using any g777 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) g777 account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address. g777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including:

• A valid copy of your national identity card or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Verification of the payment method used

The KYC process is conducted through secure g777 channels and all documents are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will have their functionality restricted until verification is complete.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

5 Withdrawal of Funds

G777 processes withdrawals quickly and reliably. Withdrawals are typically processed within under 5 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.
• G777 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Withdrawals for large jackpots (exceeding RM 50,000) may be processed within 24 business hours

Daily and weekly withdrawal limits vary by account tier and KYC status. Completing full KYC verification enables higher withdrawal limits and faster processing.

6 Bonus, Promotions & Wagering

G777 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated on each offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with those terms.

• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager 20 times the bonus value)
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements — please check the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — bonuses that are unused or do not meet wagering requirements within the specified period will be automatically forfeited
• Members found exploiting or abusing the bonus system will have their bonuses forfeited and may be subject to further action

7 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on g777 — including slots, sports betting, and other games — operate according to their respective rules as set by licensed game providers. g777 acts as a platform intermediary and does not modify any game provider's rules.

• Game outcomes are determined by an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator)
• Wins are calculated based on the applicable game rules and credited to the account balance automatically
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, g777 will return the bet amount to your account balance.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.
• G777 reserves the right to void bets suspected of involving fraud or system abuse.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the g777 platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Duplicate Accounts — holding more than one active account

• Use of Bots or Automated Software — using any form of automation, bots, or third-party software to play or place bets
• System Manipulation — any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform

9 Account Closure & Suspension

G777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Detection of suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe
• Requests from legal authorities
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the g777 support team. Valid balances (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are complete.

10 Liability Limits

G777 maintains a high technical standard for its platform; however, there are limitations to our liability that you should be aware of:

• G777 is not liable for losses caused by internet disruption, user equipment failure, or factors beyond our control.
• G777 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• In all cases, the maximum liability of g777 is limited to the net deposit amount made by the user within 30 days prior to the claim
